We're not a see-and-be-seen scene. We're a space where people show up for each other.
We show up for each other. This isn't networking — it's genuine mutual support, accountability, and care.
Queer and BIPOC members' needs come first. We build with, not just for, the most impacted people in our community.
Sliding scale pricing ensures your financial situation doesn't determine your access to community and workspace.
Good enough over perfect. Authenticity over polish. Come as you are — we're building this together.
Capped at ~30 members so everyone can actually know each other. No anonymous crowd — just your people.
8 desk spots, first-come basis, with fast wifi and monitors provided.
For when you need a change of scenery, a brainstorm, or just a comfy seat.
Microwave, hot water, mini-fridge — the essentials for a proper workday.
For occasional brief calls — because sometimes you just need to take that one call.
Sound-resistant space for occasional 1:1s or small meetings.
Adeline & Alcatraz, South Berkeley
All members get the same access — pricing is sliding scale based on what makes sense for your financial situation.
We use an honor-system sliding scale so your financial situation doesn't determine your access to community and workspace.
Not sure what to pay? The Green Bottle Method can help you find the right rate for your situation.
Co-working is the primary purpose. Community is how we do it. We prioritize relationships and mutual support over transactional desk rental — but you're here to work, not to be voluntold into organizing events.
Know everyone's name so you can say hi, and attend quarterly All Hands gatherings. That's it. We know people are in different seasons of life with different energy levels. No extra volunteering required.
It's an honor system based on your financial situation and historical financial privilege. The Green Bottle Method can be a helpful guide. If you're unsure, $150/month is the rate that keeps our business sustainable.
We're investing in a soundproof phone booth for occasional brief calls, and working on making the back room more sound-resistant for 1:1s or small meetings.
Not at launch. If there's enough demand, we'll consider prioritizing this for the next phase.
Let's talk! We're prioritizing 1-year commitments for founding members, but we're open to conversation.
We're starting with hot desking. As we grow, we may add dedicated desk options based on what members want and what our business needs.
Eventually, yes! Once we're financially stable (probably months 6–12), we plan to contract members for specific projects and ongoing roles. Our goal is to compensate people for their labor as soon as we're able.
Book a 15–30 minute call with us to see if it's a fit. We'd love to meet you.
